Swanson's 10 facilities house all of the specialized machinery required to repair large bore hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders to your specifications:
- Conventional and CNC machine tools
- 33-inch diameter by 30-foot long horizontal power hone
- 30-foot cylinder assembly machine
- Laser processing and welding techniques
- Proven testing facilities, including cylinder load testing by a 500-ton computerized test unit
Swanson Industries repairs industrial hydraulic "mill-type" cylinders from 2 inches in diameter to 42 inches in diameter, as well as tie rod, telescopic and electro-positioned cylinders, regardless of fluid types including emulsions. Many sizes of bar stock and tubing as well as spare replacement and reconditioned parts are stored onsite for rapid turnaround.
