Swanson is proficient in the repair of longwall mining shields and hydraulic supports as well as underground coal mining equipment. Annually, more than 300 hydraulic supports are repaired at our Swanson facilities using specialized onsite equipment: large boring mills, burning tables, and automatic bore welders. All repairs carry a six-month warranty.

As part of our repair service, we recommend structural reinforcements or correction of excessive hinge pin clearances.
